Suzanne jokes with me and my wife while we are in pre-op. If something doesn’t seem right, she makes sure it is resolved.
She is a very personable person. She makes a patient feel like they are family, she listens when I speak. She jokes with me and my wife while we are in pre-op. If something doesn’t seem right, she makes sure it is resolved. She has a great sense of humor. From the time I got back to pre-op, she has busted her butt to get me ready. Wish all the nurses were as wonderful as her.
