Charlotte stayed and provided post-mortem care for the patient and asked the patient's wife to play some music that he liked. She even made sure to style his hair the way he preferred.
Charlotte is a very good nurse who makes sure you are taken care of. She came anytime I needed something. Very polite.

Charlotte spent 5 days in a row caring for a non-verbal stroke patient. His wife said Charlotte was the only nurse the patient responded to. On her 5th day she called a rapid response and after realizing he wouldn't make it the wife signed his DNR. He passed a couple of hours later. Charlotte stayed and provided post-mortem care for the patient and asked the patient's wife to play some music that he liked. She even made sure to style his hair the way he preferred. Charlotte went beyond her normal duties Providing one of the most critical services nurses provide, dignity at death.
