Kelly immediately made me feel like her one and only patient and was proactive in addressing not only my comfort and well-being but also that of my husband.
I was admitted to the hospital and induced after a P.R.O.M. My evening at TGH in Labor & Delivery was uneventful but by dawn, the contractions were very strong and I was concerned about what was to come. Kelly showed up just in time. She immediately made me feel like her one and only patient and was proactive in addressing not only my comfort and well-being but also that of my husband. I quickly felt like she was part of my personal care team along with my doula. And when later that morning I hit a wall and prepared for a C-section, Kelly was there for me providing emotional support and courage. As if she hadn't already been so wonderful, she later came to visit us and our baby in recovery. We will never forget her kindness, care, and grace.
