Theo has a very caring way, was especially patient, yet caught onto my dad's sense of humor which made him feel more comfortable with the whole process.
We are so thankful that Theo was my dad's Emergency Room nurse. He is very professional yet observant of the patient and visitors' needs. Theo kept us very much informed, answered our questions, and would repeat information when we needed to hear it again. He has a very caring way, was especially patient, yet caught onto my dad's sense of humor which made him feel more comfortable with the whole process. I believe it was time for Theo to go home but he stayed those extra few minutes to make sure that my dad was on his way to his hospital room. Thank you, Theo, for making the commitment to become an emergency room nurse. Thank you even more for taking your job so seriously, while being compassionate and understanding with your patients. We appreciate the TLC and professionalism that you demonstrated at a time that was extremely scary and confusing, especially for my 93-year-old father! Thank you also, for being so truthful with me! That's a lot of 'thankfuls' and 'thank-yous' but you deserve each and every one!
