Zach took his time and got it on his first try! I was blown away.
I’m a horrible patient when it comes to finding veins for blood draws and IVs. My veins are deep and small. I’ve never had a nurse or phlebotomist get it on the first try. I always tell them not to worry if they don’t get it on the first try because I know how hard I am to find the vein. Well, Zach took his time and got it on his first try! I was blown away. No pain either. He made me comfortable and talked about family, not just medical stuff. He was like talking to an old friend that was very good at his job. Can I request him for all my blood draws? He was phenomenal!
