All of my worries were out the window as soon as Tyler came in.
I recently visited the ER and had the pleasure of having Tyler Garrett as our nurse. My daughter is two years old, and we were on the pediatric ER side. I just wanted to let you know how amazing our experience was. I was absolutely terrified of taking her to the hospital and was even more nervous that the care would be rushed because of everything health care workers are having to go through right now. All of my worries were out the window as soon as Tyler came in.
He was immediately so warm and kind. He treated C like his own child and my fears immediately went away. He was extremely empathetic and caring. He completely calmed my nerves. He was genuine and knowledgeable. This morning I was a mess coming into the ER in tears and as soon as he came in and introduced himself, I immediately felt at ease. Every nurse should strive to be as caring and have an empathetic heart as his. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts. He probably has no idea how his kindness impacted our family. He was so professional and was so very gentle with her, it could not have been a better experience.
Tyler and K made us feel like the only ones in the ER. He truly has a nurse’s heart. I appreciate everything you all do and hope Tyler knows how much he made an impact on us. I am tearing up writing this! Thanks again.
