Donnie has a very therapeutic nature and acts as a life coach to his patients.
Working with Donnie is like working with your best friend. He always makes the shift fun, even when it can be the worst day. Donnie has a great personality and friendly nature. He goes out of his way to walk around and ask if anyone needs help or if their shift is going ok. Donnie is very personable and makes everyone feel as though it is all going to be okay. He pulls pranks every chance he gets but is in no way inappropriate, but just makes us all laugh through our day. I cannot thank Donnie enough for making our unit a fun place to work. He is goofy at the right times, but gets serious and is right there as soon as a patient starts to go south and needs serious treatment. All of Donnie’s patients are well cared for and hardly ever need to push the call light because Donnie is right there for them at all times. We are truly blessed to have Donnie as a coworker, teammate, and friend. Thank You, Donnie.

Donnie Clemente floated up to our unit on a very hectic day. He had a very busy assignment but was still very helpful to the rest of us. Every time Donnie comes up to IMC he always has a great attitude and goes out of his way to help all of the rest of us nurses. Whether it is helping us understand something were not sure of or just assisting us with a difficult patient, Donnie is always willing to go out of his way to be of assistance. We had a very challenging patient that was cursing, moaning, and being combative and Donnie jumped right in to help calm her down. This patient was not even his patient, but as always, he ran in to help us out. He has a very therapeutic nature and acts as a life coach to his patients. Thank you, Donnie, for floating up to our unit and being so kind when you worked with us.
