I have been a nurse for 30 years in various ICU’s, ER and OR. All of the nurses were very good, but I found Kim’s care to be excellent. She was pleasant and genuinely conveyed empathy. I had three medication requests that I had asked for previously but had not had any success. Kim had become my nurse at 7 p.m. and had all three at my bedside by 9:15! As a nurse used to starting a shift, doing assessments, passing meds, and trying to fulfill patients' requests, to have this all done in about two hours was impressive! Basically, I found Kim’s care to be excellent in every aspect and wanted to let you know, from a long-time nurse, how exceptional I found Kim and her care.
