She is often looking for ways to do things better and readily steps up to the plate when needed - be it becoming our fit test site champion, doing the schedule, personally filling the holes, bringing ideas for improvement, and engaging the team in the process. She advocates for patients and families and often receives praise for her work from patients and families.
