Leah goes above and beyond every time she comes into my room. There are several ways that are obvious: a kind word, a cheerful smile, and personal attention when she works with you. But then there is the way she bull-doggedly advocates for her patient. Every question or concern I had, she addressed with the doctors and did not quit until we were both satisfied. I have been blown away by her scope of knowledge and work ethic. You would do well to clone this one. Have had several good nurses in the past several days, but only one I would want to take home. She deserves to be recognized for this with that flower, and I know it will bloom for a long time.
