Heather was crucial in supporting us emotionally and empathetically, encouraging us.
Our little boy was born preterm and we had quite a bit of concern about his well-being, that, combined with lack of sleep and dealing with milk engorgement issues was proving to make life and care for our little one difficult. Heather really stepped in and helped support us in an extraordinary way. Not only was she willing to take our son for stretches at night to ensure we were able to catch up on sleep but she was also crucial in supporting us emotionally and empathetically, encouraging us.
