Amy told me not to worry that she would handle getting my dad home.
I just wanted to let you know how Josh went above and beyond when my mom passed away suddenly after surgery for a AAA. My dad was completely by himself when this happened, as both myself and my brother live in Indiana and Ohio, and couldn’t get to him until late Friday night. My father was in shock and beside himself with my mom’s passing.

Josh and Amy showed true compassion for my dad. They went in with my dad when he saw my mom after her passing and was there with a wheelchair for him because he was so weak. They stayed with him so he wouldn’t be by himself.

Amy called me, I was so concerned about my dad being by himself and I didn’t want him driving himself home. I wasn’t able to get in touch with any of his friends because I was in shock as well and really wasn’t thinking clearly. She told me not to worry that she would handle getting my dad home.

Josh drove my dad home in my dad’s car and Amy followed in her car. My parents didn’t live far from the hospital, but it wasn’t around the corner. Josh and Amy took time out of their day to take care of my dad. I can’t express to you the thanks I have for them. They made sure my dad got in the house ok and waited until one of the neighbors showed up before leaving him. They treated my dad as if he was their own dad. I have worked in the healthcare field for 22 years and know that Josh and Amy are the true embodiment of a nurse. They are kind compassionate and go above and beyond which a true nurse should do. Thank you.
