Taylr was very professional, cheerful, and efficient. She came in frequently and carefully explained what she was going to do. She listened - really listened and was empathetic. She had good clean technique and wore gloves and used hand sanitizer in and out. She is an excellent nurse and a real asset to the Dignity Health medical team.
