It was a joy to see Brian on his rounds leaving shades up on the window so I could see out day and night.
Brian as my nurse gave me so much encouragement on breathing exercises and muscle exercises, kept my spirits up all the time with his care of this 86-year-old battling COVID-19. Also making sure I was comfortable in all ways possible. It was a joy to see Brian on his rounds leaving shades up on the window so I could see out day and night. Talking encouraging words to get me through this hell I was in. It has been 3 months, still on oxygen. But I now can walk, getting strength back. A slow process, but I thank Brian every day for his positive attitude in my care, which I will never forget. Bless him.

Brian helped my mom to have the will to fight. It was very hard on her to be isolated. He sat with her and asked about her family and where she grew up. He shared his own stories with her about Massachusetts. He kept her going and I'm very grateful for that because we all didn't think she would come home.
