Amber gets to know a patient’s background and gives that personal touch to help with the patient’s mental well-being.
My mother has been in the TICU for the last 18 days due to a car accident. While all of the staff have been fantastic, Amber has really stood out as an outstanding medical professional. She always is cheerful and takes the time to communicate with both the patient and visitors. Amber gets to know a patient’s background and gives that personal touch to help with the patient’s mental well-being. She also works with rehab and comfort for the patient’s physical well-being. Amber is pleasant, well-trained, and is the quality nurse that is needed to make this situation tolerable.
