Other than assisting me to heal, Ruth was also kind and stopped in my room several times a day to just say hello and asked if I needed anything.
After breaking a small bone in my left leg and thigh (a fall), I was in St. John's hospital for 2 or 3 days then was transferred to California Rehab for approximately 2 weeks. While having to stay in bed, for the most part, Ruth helped me out of bed to walk and work out in order to feel better and improve my leg and my pain. She showed me exercises I could use here in rehab with her as well as at home when I was discharged. Other than assisting me to heal, she was also kind and stopped in my room several times a day to just say hello and asked if I needed anything. Ruth went out of her way to be the best RN to me. Although all the rehab nurses were wonderful, Ruth was at the top in my opinion.
