Amanda is very patient and very tender. She really cares.
Amanda has been a part of the Mainland team since January of 2020 when she began her career on the 3rd floor as a new graduate StaRN. She recently transitioned over to the ICU through our StaRN Plus program and has been a great asset to the team. Amanda’s patients and patient family members often recognize her during nurse leader rounding. Her patients describe her as kind and compassionate. Patients often state that she goes above and beyond and treats them like they are a part of her family.
