Today was the first day and the first experience of my mother to get inside an operating room. Unfortunately, the doctor did not add an order on the system for a watcher for her, so the receptionist in the admission office refused to let me in with her as a watcher due to the lack of a doctor's order. My mother was so scared, so nervous but still, the receptionist wouldn't let me in. After the admission process, Elvira was with my mother all the time, taking care of her, relieving her from the pain, bringing my mother all her requests, and trying to relieve her fear by talking to her and making her laugh. At this time, I went to the doctor and I talked to him until he agreed to add the order for the watcher on the system. Therefore, I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for her kindness, for her high morals, and for all that she did for my mother.
