Following brain tumor surgery, I was moved to neuro tele and my first nurse was Kelly Craig. Kelly has a cheerful personality that makes you feel comfortable and she showed tenderness and was very attentive. Kelly took her time and was punctual with meds and attending to my needs. I have had a lot of hospital stays and I feel this has been my greatest experience.

Kelly is a young nurse with a lot of potential. You can tell she enjoys her job and is kind to her patients. I had Kelly as my nurse twice and both were good experiences. I wanted to walk at 4 am and she was cheerful and took the time, and monitored my vitals. Kelly does her job cheerfully and goes beyond making sure my needs are met so I can get home feeling confident. Every caregiver this visit was nice, but Kelly Craig stood out; kind, cheerful, caring, comforting, and knowledgeable.

It is hard to select one as all of the nurses have been wonderful. It is my first time in an accident that led me to a hospital. I do not remember all the names. I can say that Kelly has been great. I lost my phone in the crash and did not know the phone number of my kids. She saw I was so upset that in the middle of the night she came and asked me if my kids had Facebook. She sent a note to my elder son from her Facebook with my phone number for the room. They were talking together after a minute! What a good idea she had! They called me in the morning. It is tough to be in an accident when you have no family and very few friends. Kelly is the one who changed everything that night.
