Clayton is an exemplary RN, leader, charge nurse, and teacher. Clayton goes above and beyond for his team and even more so for his patients. His patients remember him by name and ask for him if they happen to end up being cared for on the unit again. He treats everyone under his care with consideration, kindness, advocacy, patience, and is quick to respond when I have asked him for help or expressed concern about one of my own patients; his quick thinking, knowledge, and skills are evident in his care.
