I am an APP inpatient provider and have always admired Jill’s caring and compassion for her patients. Recently my husband was just admitted, and Jill was her RN for most of his admission. As a family member and provider, I was blown away by her care, compassion, calmness, and professionalism. She is a definite asset to Henry Ford, and I am grateful to have had her caring for my family. She is an extraordinary nurse and deserves recognition. Even with fear of contracting the COVID virus, Jill puts fears aside and cares for all her patients wholeheartedly.

Jill is a wonderful RN and person. I am truly thankful that she was ordained to be my mother’s nurse. She took the time to not only hear us but also listen to our concerns. She knows how to be that special advocate between the patient/family and other medical staff members including the physician staff. She is a special gem to this unit. She made sure that every need and concern was met for my mother. She took the time to explain and educate us on what exactly was happening with my mother. She showed empathy and gave encouragement, through what started out to be a difficult event for my mom.

Jillian is great. She took care of me at one of the scariest times of my life. She took the time to be patient and listen to me, especially since my strokes my speech has been severely impacted. In the times she could not understand, she simply asked questions until she did so. She made it her duty to make sure I understood everything that was going on and that I was comfortable at all times. She knows how to be the advocate between the patient and doctor. She made sure all of my concerns were met.
