I met Zoualia in the middle of a very painful hospitalization, and she provided comfort and warmth. She introduced me to the Purewick method of removing urine which allowed me much more sleep, not to mention much less pain during the night. She never made me feel rushed or pushed. She tucked me in with pillows for my back and I actually slept the best since I arrived 3 days earlier. I felt like she treated me like a person, not the UTI patient. Her whole manner is gentle and caring. I know she’s furthering her education and working as a casual but believe me she doesn’t act like someone just working part-time. I was so grateful to encounter her when I was feeling low.
