My husband and I were visiting with family from New England at a campground when I experienced some issues with my heart. The wonderful EMTs made the decision to bring me to your facility on Tuesday morning. They felt it was the best place for my condition and they were so right! I felt you should know what a positive experience it was from the ER staff, doctors, ICU staff, Cardiac Cath Lab staff, including ancillary services and housekeeping staff. They all were caring, professional, and always with a smile. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but Cora stands out most in my mind. She was there when I first arrived in ICU and again on my discharge day. What struck me most of all about Cora was her amazing, caring heart for people. She has a calmness about her that helped me feel at ease and comfortable. This is a gift and I felt blessed to be in her care. I also witnessed how she and all the staff worked together that created a positive, upbeat, and professional atmosphere. I owe my recovery to Cora and all those who touched my life over the few days I was there. I commend you and all your incredible employees for the amazing care I received.
