I was admitted to the ER on a Saturday and ended up needing to stay overnight for surgery the next day. I was miserable and uncomfortable due to some GI issues. Just after the shift change, Candice took over my care. I had what I considered a very embarrassing incident that was making me feel worse about my situation. Candice made sure to reassure me and helped me to start feeling more at ease with what occurred. She was very kind, very personable and it made a huge difference in where I was mentally after my incident.

After my surgery, Candice did a good job of making sure my wife and I had everything we needed. She ensured that I was comfortable, and, again, was very personable. She took a lot of the monotony out of being in the hospital. She made us laugh, kept us updated, and did a great job with post-surgery care. I can’t thank Candice enough for turning around what was one of the most miserable nights/mornings of my life into a much more tolerable (heck, even enjoyable at times) experience. We won’t forget the care I received from Candice.
