The OB staff is absolutely amazing. I could tell how much Lili truly loves her job. Every minor question or concern I had, she was very thorough in the answer or explanation. Lili was very "hands-on", but really respectful to let me know at all times what was going on. She never showed any annoyance or anger despite the highly intense situation. If I had to choose one situation during my labor, where Lili stood out, it is this; The baby's heart rate started to decelerate. Lili noticed right away and immediately started to help the situation. She asked other nurses to help and together they immediately started rolling me and making adjustments to get the baby's heart rate better. She recognized that nothing was working. She had another nurse call my doctor, but she was fully prepared to handle whatever she had to do in order for my baby to be safely delivered and to keep me safe and healthy as well. Lili never hesitated or questioned her instincts. Lili was always encouraging and she always listened.
