From the first time Hannah met my husband, K, they become great friends. She has that effect on all who meet her. K trusted her and was comfortable with her, which is very important since he has Parkinson's and Lewy Body dementia. Hannah has had training meetings with our family and has helped us make a schedule so all the family is involved with K’s care. We had a problem with a caregiver who was hired to help when family could not be here. On Hannah’s day off, she became aware of this problem, came to our house, and stayed all morning handling the hard problem (that had upset me and my husband). She took this burden off of us and didn’t stop until the problem was solved. She didn’t have to do this. She followed the rules but still had compassion for how this affected us. We are thankful for Phelps Hospice and all the personnel who work there. It is a great caring company. Hannah walks us through the hard times helping us face the changes with my husband. She does this all truthfully but in a loving caring way. We feel safe with Hannah because she will take care of us to the very best of her ability. I thank God for Hospice and for our sweet Hannah.
