We have encountered many nurses over the last two years of dealing with my father’s cancer. However, very few have been as patient and thorough as Gwendolyn. She went above and beyond to help my father and me feel comfortable. She took her time to explain everything with care and compassion. During these difficult days, she made it easier with her positive attitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Gwen.

It has been an honor to watch Gwen blossom over the years on the unit. She is the "Florence Nightingale" on 6B, such a caring nurse and leader always ready to get her hands dirty. She rose to the occasion during the Covid-19 surge despite all challenges and unknowns. She is well respected by her colleagues and is always seen going above the call of duty. She is a strong advocate for her patients ensuring they are safe and well, taken care of. It's nurses like Gwen who make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are honored to have her on our team and want to thank her for the compassionate care she provides her patients.
