Allie came to the manager position during the most difficult time; the beginning of covid! She has blown me away with everything she’s done. When we are short she jumps in to help every time. She is so trustworthy and truly has impacted my life and I am 100% sure others! She takes time and follows up when she hears about your sick family members. She runs the floor as smoothly as possible and she’s not done yet! She also was my preceptor a few years back and she never made me feel less than and encouraged all my questions! She is truly a leader through and through, and she deserves to be recognized for it! She puts her unit above herself and comes in to help out during off hours like in the middle of the night! She is very approachable and knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to and never has made me feel like she is judging me. She is truly a huge asset to UHS!
