Nurse Farzana is an amazing human being who made me forget all the months of pain I had. I am a cardiac patient and a frequent visitor to the cardiac Center. I had open-heart surgery and Farzana was part of my treatment and was the reason for me going home in the best possible condition. I want to tell you about Farzana - she is a very friendly person, very professional at her job, and very fast. Part of my post-operative treatment is walking; she helped me accept walking after the operation by constantly encouraging me. All my life I have had a great fear of needles and peripheral lines, and I do not encourage any nurse to insert a needle for me out of fear, except for Farzana. From a simple touch, she moved me from the world of fear to the world of serenity and calmness. Thank you, and congratulations to the cardiac center for having her amongst their staff.
