You may laugh, but our Jayne really has a special way with the patients. She goes above and beyond for every patient to find the thing that will make their day special or even a little happier. During leader rounds, Jayne takes the time to listen to the patients' and families' concerns. Jayne is our biggest patient satisfier and leads by example in every way. She is very selfless and gives freely of her time and advice. She mentors, encourages, and assists her team and colleagues whenever it is called for. Jayne is a truly transparent, servant leader under any amount of stress or pressure. She is fully vested in ensuring our patients are getting what they need and supports her nurses by advocating what they need to make their workflow easier. Her compassion and love are stretched out to the community as she never misses a chance to help by collecting food for the Foodbank or helping get homes ready for women who have been in violent domestic relationships. Jayne is a rare gem, and the team is honored to work under her direction!
