We had a neuro patient with a psych background so he needed a 1:1 nurse, so one day when Mr. Michael was handling him he wants to go out of bed so he agree because he will go with him; at that time the patient was ok then suddenly he went to B5 ( pediatric) department and broke the fire alarm and wants to go out through the Fire Exit, but Michael was holding and protecting him so the patient was scratching and hurt him until the code white team came. After that, security was asking he if he wants to complain against the patient but he refused as this is a patient and he does not mean it. It shows his compassion, accountability, and professionalism.
