Ms. Reinaldavina Siababa has been working with me for the last 15 years of service at KFSH-D. She is one of the pioneers of the KFSH-D with 17 years of service in our unit. She is with a total of 29 years of service. There are an array of reasons behind this nomination. I haven't seen such dedicated staff in my ICU. She is dedicated to her career, it's been proved several times with her courage and confidence to take care of critically ill patients. She is always happy to look after the most critical patient in the unit. There was no refusal noticed.

Because of her dedication and excellence in nursing care, many times patients and their families request her to be their nurse. Her compassion for nursing is loud. She has the ability to persuade even agitated patients with no time. She seldom restrains patients but by being at their bedside making sure the patient is comfortable and safe enough. Her professionalism in those situations has been witnessed all the time. She is very cooperative, flexible, and approachable to anyone. Many times, she stays with the busiest colleagues in the unit to support them and to accomplish their tasks, even after her duty hours. She is both good in and out. No words can describe her professionalism.
