Heather is a role model and I really appreciate the support and have a great relationship and care during difficult times.
Ms. Heather has a great passion for nursing: she has been nursing for 34 years and still continues her journey with a beautiful smile on her face, an active, approachable, helpful, and friendly person. Nursing is just not bedside care but beyond all; boost yourself by learning more and more and upgrade day by day with new innovations, knowledge, and practice with evidence-based practice.

She has great ambition, worked as a Staff Nurse then promoted to be a Clinical Instructor and Now Nursing Supervisor. She is an example for all of us. She never gives up on a person and is a self-motivator. The first time she enter the classroom with a smiling face and her teaching on Oncology in nursing make us amazed at how brilliant and genius she is. She is an experienced academic with proven abilities to carry out teaching and share with us the experience as well in the classroom. It enhances our knowledge of oncology courses and chemotherapy administration practically. She is a great teacher, encourages all nurses' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in order to provide excellent care to patients, nurse satisfaction, and recognition.

Moreover, she encourages nurses to be critical thinkers, avoid any fear to ask questions regarding nursing studies on oncology. She inspires all of us with effective communication during teaching and shares all ideas and coordinates with everyone without bias. Ms. Heather had a great impact on teaching methods and styles, brainstormed what to do for students, and well remembered the lesson.

I wanted to say ‘thank you' for a wonderful experience of nursing care she shared and benefits for all nurses to practice as evidence-based practice and organization as well recognized with extraordinary Clinical Instructor. I still remember the entire lesson she taught me in the classroom. Ms. Heather now became nursing supervisor her compassionate care towards patients and nurses. I will be happy to share the best practices with her, follow hospital values, and not only great clinical skills and leadership, but strong patient care and compassion. She is a role model and I really appreciate the support and have a great relationship and care during difficult times.

In C3 VIP WARD one story was really heart-touching about this wonderful woman. A patient had to go for hemodialysis in ICU and scheduled time at 1400 hours. The ward was very busy and no Porter was available to push the patient by the bed with the primary nurse. The primary nurse was anxious and had to wait for the porter; it will take time and delay treatment for the patient. Therefore the nurse from the patient room called Supervisor on duty Ms. Heather for help. She volunteered herself and pushed the bed to ICU for hemodialysis treatment. She demonstrated extraordinary compassion in her practice and contributed excellent patient care and forget herself as Supervisor for a minute and put herself as a porter and helped the primary nurse. Her integrity and commitment towards patient care are well respected and hats off. She also verbalizes that if anyone needs any help, do not hesitate to call her. She follows the Magnet journey pearls model to provide compassionate care to patients, makes patients and staff satisfied.

Even though many calls make her busy but courtesy to help the team impressed all team in C3. She immediately takes action on complaints such as maintenance problems, patient needs, and staffs concerns about patient care. Everyone has to follow her way because the greatest aspects of nursing as a profession, ability to work as a team and in many different roles.
