Rachelle's assessment and triage skills provided an excellent patient outcome. The member received prompt care due to her use of the protocol in a linear fashion and her nursing judgment. She remained calm and had excellent customer service. The member (a new mother) received prompt treatment because of Rachelle with life threatening condition.
