Kelly has made my dad’s stay much easier to bear with because of the kindness and compassion she has shown towards our dad. She also went out of her way when he was in the ICU to say hello and that everything would be okay. When she was back on 5b she requested to take care of my dad for her shift. My dad was super thrilled!!! She also purchased a balloon and a card to uplift his spirits. She has the utmost positive energy that made my dad feel at ease. She is an asset to your department.
