Ericka is a new grad nurse on 4T. She is always ready to jump in and help. Situations that would be discouraging or overwhelming to others are not daunting for Ericka.  She has worked all day, gone home, slept a little, and then come back in. She drives an hour and a half to work and is always willing to help us cover our patients. Ericka makes her patients feel at ease and they trust her. She truly is a wonderful nurse and we can't wait to see how she grows. She jumps right in to help everyone on the floor, nurses, and techs. She has had numerous compliments from patients.
