I was there for a hysterectomy. I had that procedure done but then had to have a 2nd surgery while I was in there. My nerves were so bad I was scared. My husband didn’t make it there yet but Mrs. Betsy hugged me and prayed for me and just made me feel reassured that I would be ok. During my 4 days of being there, I was looking forward to seeing her smiling face every day. It made me feel so good that my nurse actually cared about me and my well-being. She went way beyond the call of duty I think. God blessed me to have a nurse that sweet when I really needed her the most. She will forever have a special place in my heart. When I left from surgery I told my nurse in the surgery room I needed to get back to Mrs. Betsy because she was waiting on me.
