Amy was simply amazing. She pulled up a seat even though she was busy and made time to hear me. I could hear the call lights going off in the background, but she sat and actually listened to me. She listened to my fears and helped me work through some of them. She advocated for me. She always came in with a positive attitude even when my attitude was not pleasant. She made me feel at ease even when I was feeling very much not at ease. She didn’t know me, but I could tell she cared. I could go on and on about how amazing she was and the experienced care she provided because she went above and beyond in all measures. Not just for me but for my spouse too. I never had to question what my plan of care was because she took the time to keep me in the loop 100% of the way. She respected me and my spouse in a way no other medical professional ever has.
