I have never floated from PCU to CVICU at any time since I have been a part of the Orange Park Medical Center Nursing team. I had no idea where anything was, what was required of me, or the patients I was assigned to for the day and felt like I was straight out of nursing school with no experience at all. My anxiety was high and I felt completely inadequate for the job. 

Nakeha was just absolutely fabulous in helping me throughout the day with everything from helping with patient care and call lights to showing me the process and booklets for those patients I discharged. I felt like she helped me so much and I hardly helped her at all with her patients. Call lights ringing everywhere, family asking questions or needing assistance, patients needing assistance, alarms going off all over the place, she never seemed stressed or short-tempered. I admire that quality.

She is a fantastic representative of the nursing profession and a superb steward for fellow nurses. Thank you Naheha, again for taking such good care of me and by extension my patients.
