She effectively communicates to the nurse manager using exceptional reporting and is skilled in managing administrative matters with other departments such as farcicalities, dietary, pharmacy, etc.

She is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy when given her assignment and is able to complete her tasks in a timely fashion. She has been observed developing, maintaining professional two-way communication with providers, and ensuring that communication is kept open.
