Jacki took the time to explain everything to my wife and me in a very professional and caring way. She smiled a lot and treated me like I was a member of her family. I felt like I came to my local hospital yet was cared for as well as I have been previously cared for in a major hospital facility in Portland or Boise. Jacki really knew and understood all aspects of her nursing skills. I know this well as I have worked as a Heart & Vascular manager for 43 years.
