I was a patient of Dr. S for an outpatient procedure. The nurse I had that day was named Gwen. In all my years (I am 79 years old) I have never had a nurse like her. She is a tribute to her profession. The results of the procedure were not good for me so I felt a little down. Gwen was there when I got back from the procedure with a warm smile on her face and it was not long and she had me smiling and feeling much better. Her work ethics and her warm human interactions were beyond compare to any nurse I have ever had. I wish she could be my nurse when I am admitted again but I know that will be in a different area.

We have two daughters and three granddaughters that are RN’s and I hope they treat their patients as well as I was treated. I have never written a letter like this before either complaining or complimenting. I do feel that everyone should know what a great nurse you have in Gwen. Thank you for your time and thank you for Gwen.
