Every time I am in distress, nurse Osman has demonstrated a sixth sense of my discomfort and distress. Like a hero, he has emerged with not only my meds, however to the meds to all of his patients as well. I have personally been a healthcare provider myself as a clinical pharmacist, and I have never witnessed such an empathetic, compassionate, honest, going above and beyond healthcare provider with the innate assertive competent drive to help humanity! Nurse Osman has demonstrated nothing but a humanitarian manifested character to maximize or optimize the patient’s overall quality and quantity of life, coupled with improving the patient’s comprehensive wellbeing. He strives to cheer and treat patients through a mutualistic approach, i.e., involving the patient within their healthcare plan alongside maintaining an open mind and with the lack of any barriers to hinder his methods/approaches to do the best and right thing for his patients.

What impresses me most pertaining to Nurse Osman is his ability to actively listen and effectively communicate to his patients and other healthcare providers with the means and aims to maximize the best possible outcomes for patients. Nurse Osman is not only an outstanding competent, outgoing innately driven nurse, he’s also a great mentor, human being, and leader who deserves the highest recognition in order to demonstrate to him the infinite long-lasting effects (positive and inspiring) which he or his natural character exerts on humanity. Nurse Osman is an extraordinary young man with unlimited potentials and talents aimed towards a humanitarian positive cause.
