Amber was amazing, to say the least. She seemed to love my baby just as much as I did. She was on top of all her needs and care. She not only made sure my baby was taken care of, but she also made sure I was taken care of. One night I was super exhausted after a rough day. I forgot my laundry in the unit family washer. It was midnight and she told me to lay down and rest and she would take care of it for me. She folded my laundry and brought it to my room. Little things like that mean so much during a hard time. She made sure I was resting so that I could be 100% for my baby. It meant so much that she showed that much compassion for not just my daughter, but for me also. Her only job was really to take care of my daughter, but she cared for me also and it was amazing. We need more nurses like Amber. She is truly the sweetest. Thank you Amber for being such an amazing nurse!
