They have been a huge part of our story! We originally came to Children’s to watch feedings and gain weight while we waited for our daughter to get a PA bond. We ended up having surgery unexpectantly after a few days. It was very important that we had our daughter baptized before surgery. They went above and beyond to make this happen. They even attended the baptism and recorded it and took photos, no questions asked. They went out of their way to make sure we, as parents, were okay by asking if we needed anything. They answered our many questions before and after surgery and made sure we were prepared for after surgery. They made sure our daughter had everything she needed and was always comfortable. I truly believe they treat us like family and my daughter as their own. They’re always positive, even when we were crying and upset. They reminded us that this surgery/hospital stay is just a chapter in our lives, not a whole story. We can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. You are truly a wonderful person.
