Monica wasn’t even my nurse, yet she really stepped up. She walked my husband through doing all my ostomy care. She was so patient. She gave him wonderful hands-on experience. He now feels so much more sure of how to care for it and that he will be doing it at night. She is an extraordinary instructor.

She is constantly attentive to my needs, great listener. A pleasure to be around, and she kept me informed of paperwork being done for transfer that didn’t happen until later on due to no beds.
