She is the absolute best of the best. She really, really helped me out a lot. All of the staff was wonderful, but she took it to the next level. She loves what she does, and her caring gentleness exudes from her. She is an encourager. She provided me with great educational tips to help me deal with my issue. Beyond just printing it out and giving it to me. She TAUGHT me. She was thorough and really dived into it to make sure I understood. She helped me to understand in a way that no one else ever has before. She took the time and effort to go further to help me to understand that what was going on with me is something that I can change and affect the outcome. I used to believe it was everyone else’s problem and their job to “fix me” with tests and surgery, etc. She really put time and effort into helping me realize that I have work to do, I have adjustments to make in my lifestyle, and it’s not on everyone else. She hit the spot that finally got me to pay attention and I can’t thank her enough. She is an asset to your hospital and is a true DAISY Nurse. She has forever impacted me and thus has changed what my future looks like.
