Jennifer Littles is an exceptional nurse. She is always quick to help her teammates, as well as teach new nurses at any chance she can get. She is strong, confident, and kind. I always feel that I can go to her for help, concerns, and complaints. She is never judgmental, rude, or dismissive. She genuinely cares for her team and wants the best outcomes for all of us and our patients. I feel supported by her in every situation. There is a calm on the unit that only she can bring. Any unit would be lucky to have her as their leader and I am happy to have her to look up to. She is the perfect example of a nurse leader and compassionate friend.
