I took my daughter to an appointment yesterday. Medicines were prescribed and the orders were sent to the pharmacy. When we got to the pharmacy we were told the prescriptions had been canceled. They couldn't get in contact with the doctor's office. I couldn't either. I had to take my daughter home because she was feeling sick. So I kept trying and trying to contact someone in her doctor's office. It was urgent because one was a seizure medication that she HAD to keep taking. After numerous calls, I was transferred to Rhonda. She took over and after several failed attempts to contact a person in my daughter's doctor's office, Rhonda walked across the street to the Broadway Clinic and found a staff person and got the situation resolved. But then the pharmacy refused to release the seizure medication until the next day. Insurance wouldn't cover it yet. So I talked to Rhonda about this. She called the pharmacy and told them to let me purchase out-of-pocket enough to see my daughter through until today. Rhonda was much more than helpful. She did her job with an OUTSTANDING cheerful joy and caring, unconditional respect for someone going through an unusually stressful time. I feel grateful that St. Peter's Hospital Group has such wonderful staff people. Thank you very much!

You have on your staff one incredible nurse, Mrs. Hinrichs. My husband and I are 86 and 87 years old. Although we are independent and function well, we were hit with the covid virus and found ourselves in new territory. We knew we needed a test but it seemed we needed to jump through some hurdles, like doctors' orders. She helped by taking responsibility to get that for us immediately. And then with compassionate caring, she offered to give us the test in our car. She saw my anxiety about not getting test results returned from Benefis Urgent care in Helena which were taken five days earlier. With graciousness and caring she responded and gave me the test on the spot in the parking lot rather than trying to refer me to the testing area. She obtained orders from my doctor and took full responsibility for my care and the care of my husband. Because of her immediate response, we were eligible for monoclonal antibodies in Great Falls. Mrs. Hinrichs touched our lives. She is a gifted nurse.
