Markie is a professional who "lives the brand" and delivers excellent compassionate care. No, she didn't perform any medical miracles or bring me back from the dead - nothing as dramatic as that. What she did, however, was to attend to a 73- year-old man from the 'invisible" demographic, listen attentively to my concerns and for that I am grateful.
